Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind every puppy we place. If, within 72 hours of taking your puppy home, your licensed veterinarian determines the puppy has a serious congenital health issue, we will work with you on a replacement puppy or partial refund.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another available puppy within 6 months.

We never want a puppy of ours to end up in a shelter — if at any point in your puppy's life you can no longer care for them, we ask that you return them to us.
